http://elounge.eproject.com/search/SearchResults.aspx?o=DateDescending&tag=ARB,timesheets&orTags=0Search results matching tags 'ARB' and 'timesheets'en-USCommunityServer 2007.1 (Build: 20910.1126)http://elounge.eproject.com/forums/p/1965/4698.aspx#4698Tue, 31 Mar 2009 15:16:55 GMTa7c4c9a0-88c6-4d85-9ad8-684624c8041b:4698fladager<p>I need to report on the number of hours that have been worked against all tasks within a project, including those tasks that have not yet begun.&nbsp; Normally, I would pull this info from the Tasks folder underneath the Project Information subsection.&nbsp; The problem with this is twofold.&nbsp; First it takes about 3 minutes to pull the info per project (we&#39;ve even tried using IDs as the links instead of data fields).&nbsp; Secondly, it doesn&#39;t include time that has been entered onto a timesheet that has not yet been submitted.</p> <p>&nbsp;My second option is to pull this directly from the Timesheets section.&nbsp; This report runs very quickly but it lacks the ability to give me a hierarchical view of the tasks (only lowest level tasks are included -- we can live with this!).&nbsp; The real kicker here is that it doesn&#39;t display tasks that have not yet started.</p> <p>&nbsp;Any suggestions?</p> <p>Darlene</p>
