Can the billing rates be hidden to all users?  Currently, we have billing rates loaded for our Enterprise users and they are viewable to all Daptiv users (internal and external). Is there a quick way to hide the billing rates and only make them viewable to the Executives or Admin?

Check your project level permissions and ensure the "View Billing Rates" permission is disabled for all users you don't want seeing the rates.  This will hide the rates from these users for the projects they are members of, and they can't see rates for projects they're not on.

Exceptions to this view limit would be for users with an Enterprise role of Administrator and Executive, and in any reports you might publish that include billing rate information.

I am having the same problem here, when a project member goes to a task they can see all the billing info.  As far as i can see the view billing rate is disabled for project members it is only enabled for project managers.

Could you be more specific when you say "billing info" (the rate or the total cost?).  Just to ensure you are not missing something else - however I think you're talking about...

a bug or lack of good design that users can see task cost and through that extrapolate an hourly billing rate.  The permission does shut off the RATE but there is nothing to hide the COST.  If your users can do basic math then they can figure out the rate.

 This is an issue that we would appreciate you voicing your opinion on via the support and greenhouse channels.
