Issues with Running Reports in Formats other than PDF

Hi,

Some of my users have been having trouble running reports in formats other than PDF (Excel, CSV). What happens is that the report appears to run, a separate window pops up and disappears very quickly, yet the report is not displayed. Is this an issue with pop ups or the active x control settings?

Kristin,

When running a report in Excel format, the system uses the "pop up" mechanism in the browser. The best solution to this issue is to ensure that *.daptiv.com" or your custom URL is listed as a Trusted Site in your browser. In IE 6.0 you can do this by following these steps:

Tools>Internet Options>Security>Trusted Sites>Sites>”*.daptiv.com” >Add>OK
