How does your organization track defects?

We're currently using a separate product to track defects that is on it's last leg.   We're evaluating whether to attempt using Daptiv to track defects, or look for another product that both track defects, and would allow integration with daptiv.

     What tools are you using?

     Thanks!

Many of our customers utilize Dynamic Applications to track defects, there are a few in the library.  I was hoping that a customer would chime in with specifics because this is a very common need that is met with the DA.  Each customer has some variation of process and desired data to track with their defects and depending on complexity you might run into some limitations (i.e. auto routing certain defects to specific groups).  DA's do have the advantage of a web form which allows non-Daptiv users to submit defects.
