"Views" as Reports (they are built the same way as with Report Builder"

We currently build reports on Daptiv under the projects tab using "Views", ideally it would be great to have links to those "views" (which really are reports since they are built almost in the same way as with report builder) on the dashboard.

Its also messy to have the views under the one tab, it would be great to have those views represented in Daptiv in a manner similar to the reports tab...

    • On your dashboard, edit your dashboard and drag over the shortcuts window pane.
    • Navigate to the Tab and View you want to include on your dashboard
    • Select Page Options "Create Shortcut to this page"

You now have the link from your dashboard to that view.

You may also rename the links because they don't assume the view name (feature enhancement, yes...)  by clicking "Settings" in the shortcuts pane and renaming the link.

Thanks Steve!  I guess you also enjoy the Family Guy (judging by your pic), its a great show!  Just as an FYI, I started doing it then got an error message after putting my 4th short-cut (the other ones worked just fine) - I sent the report into the Daptiv team.

lol, yes - although I probably shouldn't admit it publically...  Sorry about the error, try clearing out your cache and setting the shortcut again, after that, support will hopefully have a workaround.
