Cognos Reporting - links to an application

Is there a way to create a link in a Cognos report that would take me to a specific project application home page? ie If a list report contains 'Project Name' in the left most column I would like that report item to be a hyperlink'd to the specific project home page.

There is and I can send you a report if you send your email to jfilicetti@daptiv.com. It does exactly what you want, but the user needs admin access to make it work. Let me know if you want it.
