Curious if anyone has coaxed this combination to work as advertised.  If not then any idea when such a combination would work?

Project Transit does indeed work with Project 2007 as indicated in the user guide and online help - the compatibility issue lies with Vista.  This is something on our radar and we are planning to address now that Vista is actually being deployed as a business-class OS.

Hmmm... at the direction of the helpdesk person I talked to I tried this with Project 2003 but that didn't work either.  Does it just not work with Vista at all?  The Utilities site does clearly say that they work with Vista and that Transit specifically works with 2007 and 2003.

Is there a timeline for this tweak?  It's really hampering the adoption rate of Daptiv here.

As I mentioned previously, the issue with with Vista - not with the MS Project version.  It's one of Vista's many security "features" that doesn't allow Project Transit to run.  This is something we are currently investigating, but we don't have a specific target release identified at this time.

I'm not sure why it says all of our utilities are Vista compatible on the download page - I just saw that myself.  I'll bring that to the attention of the appropriate people here.  The Project Transit help file only notes support for Windows versions up to XP.
