Remember that you can not upload and save images on Daptiv's server so you must save these images on a web server elsewhere and then reference the URL location of those images.  For the example below I took a screenshot of Daptiv's colored orb, saved it as a gif on my personal Photobucket account which I can access via the URL.  The following assumes some knowledge on creating and applying a conditional string variable.

1. Create new list report
2. drag over Project Name and Health items
3. Create conditional string
1. Case
2. When [Query1].[Health] = 'On Plan' then ('Green')
3. When [Query1].[Health] = 'Needs Attention' then ('Yellow')
4. When [Query1].[Health] = 'In Trouble' then ('Red')
5. End
4. Set your Values
1. Red
2. Yellow
3. Green
5. On the report page, unlock the report

6. Drag over an image item and set it inside the health cell
1. 
7. Click <Health> and delete
1. 
8. Click on the image icon in the cell, highlights all of them.
9. Set URL Source Variable to your variable (named “String1” by default)

10. Set your variable color, start with Green
1. The image icon should still be selected, so set the URL location of your image file for when health is green

11. Repeat for remaining colors by setting their respective image locations
12. Lock your report and run - will display your images instead of the Text.

 I've tried adding a conditional image to a cell that also has text that I'd like to keep but I get the "unknown url" icon of a square with an X in the middle.  Is there something else I need to do to have both the image and text appear in the same box?
